Captain Dave Milne

Capt. Dave- a lifetime angler, born and raised in Pittsburgh always had a magnetic pull to the saltwater. Through good fortunes he was often able to fish in the lower florida keys during school breaks with his father. Who was also an avid flats and tarpon fisherman.
